Refund policy

14-day refunds, no questions asked

Within 14 days of buying a Supporter pack or the bundle, you can ask for a full refund of the amount you paid, for any reason. This applies even after the pack has unlocked.

How to ask

Email support@tinyarcadia.com and include:

• the order number from your Waffo receipt (it starts with ORD_), or the email address you paid with,
• which pack you bought, or that it was the bundle.

We reply by email and ask Waffo, our merchant of record (Waffo.com Limited), to refund the payment. You can also open the order in Waffo’s consumer portal and report the issue there. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Waffo says card refunds usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days; the exact time depends on your bank or card issuer.

What happens to the pack

When the refund goes through, the pack is removed from every device and browser where it was unlocked; a refunded bundle removes both packs. Packs you bought at the loyalty price stay unlocked if the pack that gave you that price is refunded, and new purchases are then at the full price. The free game and your progress in it stay as they are.

After 14 days

After 14 days we can still refund a pack that does not work and that we cannot fix, and a pack you bought twice by mistake. Write to us and describe what happened.

Before a chargeback

If something went wrong with a payment, please email us first. We can usually sort it out the same way, without a dispute with your bank.

Your legal rights

In the EU and the UK, you can cancel most online purchases within 14 days. For digital content that is delivered at once, that right ends when delivery starts with your agreement, which is what happens when a pack unlocks. Our 14-day refund applies anyway. If a pack is faulty, you also have the rights the law of your country gives you, which can include a repair, a replacement or a refund. This policy adds to those rights and does not limit them.
