Terms of service

The rules for using TinyArcadia and buying Supporter packs. By playing a game or buying a pack, you agree to them.

Last updated October 6, 2026

1. Who we are

TinyArcadia (tinyarcadia.com) is run by Zehong Liu, an independent developer who makes and publishes the games on it. You can reach us at support@tinyarcadia.com. Questions about a payment, a receipt or a charge on your card can also go to Waffo, the company that sells the packs (section 4).

2. The games

All games on TinyArcadia are free to play in a web browser. You do not need an account. Your progress is stored in your browser on your device; clearing your browser data, using a private window or switching devices starts a game from the beginning. We cannot recover progress that was stored only in your browser.

We update games to fix problems and improve them, and we may change or stop offering a game. The free games are provided “as is”; we do our best to keep them working, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of errors. Section 8 says what applies to a pack you paid for.

3. Supporter packs

A Supporter pack is optional digital content for one game. It costs US$4.99 per game, paid once; the Glimmer Drop and Pocket Quarry packs together cost US$6.99; and once you own any pack, every other game’s pack costs US$2.49. The price is shown before you pay. A pack adds the extras described on the game page and the pricing page at the time of purchase; the bundle adds those of each game it lists. It does not include future games or features that are not listed.

You must be 18 or older to buy a pack; Waffo’s buyer terms require this. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to buy it for you.

Delivery is immediate and digital: the extras unlock in your browser as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. After paying you get an unlock code. Anyone who has the code can unlock the pack, so keep it private. You can unlock the pack on other devices and browsers with the code, or with the email address and order number from your receipt.

When you buy a pack, you get a personal, non-transferable licence from us to use its extras for your own, non-commercial play. We may change how an extra looks or works when we update a game, but we will not take away the extras listed for a pack you bought while that game is offered on TinyArcadia.

4. Payment and merchant of record

Supporter packs are sold to you by Waffo Pancake, a service of Waffo.com Limited, a company in Hong Kong (“Waffo”). Waffo is the merchant of record: it buys the right to resell each pack from us and sells it to you, runs the checkout, takes the payment, works out and pays any sales tax or VAT that applies, and issues your receipt. Your receipt names the Waffo company that sold to you, and the charge appears on your card statement under a name that starts with WAFFO. Waffo’s own buyer terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.

Everything else about a pack comes from us: the extras, the unlock code, support and the refund promise in section 5. Waffo does not provide support for the games.

5. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. This is described in the refund policy. When a purchase is refunded, the pack is removed from every device (both packs, for the bundle).

A pack is digital content that is delivered at once. By paying, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that any legal right to cancel the purchase (for example the 14-day right in the EU and the UK) ends when the pack unlocks. Our 14-day refund is separate from that right and applies even after the pack has unlocked. To ask for a refund, email us, or use Waffo’s consumer portal.

6. Fair use

Please do not try to unlock paid extras without paying, interfere with the payment system, copy our games to host them elsewhere, or use automated tools that put unusual load on the site. We may block access that does any of these things.

7. Our content

We make and publish every game on TinyArcadia. The games, code, sounds, artwork and the TinyArcadia name are ours or used under licence. Some artwork started as images made with an AI image tool and was then edited by us; the about page says which. You are welcome to share screenshots, recordings and the score or share images the games create.

8. Liability

If a pack you paid for does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you can have a refund; see the refund policy. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to TinyArcadia is limited to the amount you paid for the Supporter pack concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add games or payment options. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in force when you bought the pack.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms, the games or a pack: support@tinyarcadia.com. Questions about the payment itself, your receipt or a charge on your card: us, or Waffo through its consumer portal.
